As an Air Force Veteran and a Human Resources professional for over 15 years, Quadesha Bynum has utilized her dual career experience to create Transition, a Human Resources Company, based in Maryland. Through Transition, Quadesha provides Human Resources support services as well as early career development training to service members, transitioning from service to civilian career. Ms. Bynum has supported such agencies as the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency as the Program Manager for the Persons with Disabilities program, where she collaborated with Transition Coordinators and Wounded Warrior Battalions in proving career development guidance to its service members. While at NGA she built strategic alliances with inter-agency partners, FBI, CIA, DIA as well as external stakeholders, Department of Aging and Rehabilitation Services in Virginia.
